7. Bookings and Appointments

You are responsible for attending your appointment at the scheduled time. Please arrive (log in) on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened session at the full consultation fee.
8. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation or rescheduling with more than 48 hours notice: no charge; full credit or refund available

Cancellation or rescheduling with 24-48 hours notice: 50% of the consultation fee may be charged

Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or failure to attend (no-show): the full consultation fee will be charged

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or rescheduled appointment.
9. Fees and Payment
Current fees are listed on our Services page at thefoodienutritionist.com.au/services. All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.
Payment is required at the time of booking or as otherwise agreed. We accept payment via the methods available through our booking system.
Fees are subject to change. Any changes will be reflected on our website and will not affect appointments already booked and paid for.
10. Refund Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality, personalised nutritional services. If you are not satisfied with a consultation, please contact us within 7 days so we can work to address your concerns.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. We do not offer refunds where:
