Ultimate Gut Healing Turmeric Latte


For the ultimate in gut healing, here’s a tummy warming drink to nourish and soothe from the inside out.

With the anti-inflammatory actions of turmeric and ginger, to the gut repair powers from collagen powder.

Add in phytonutrient goodness from other spices for extra healing properties and this results in a superfood drink to enjoy without guilt.

Gut Healing Turmeric Latte (serves 2)

2 cups almond or coconut milk 1 teaspoon raw honey 2 teaspoons ground turmeric 1 teaspoon coconut oil ½ teaspoon vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon ground ginger ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon Grind black pepper 1 Tablespoon hydrolysed collagen powder

  1. Combine milk, honey, turmeric and coconut oil in a pot and gently warm over medium heat

  2. Add all other spices and collagen powder and whisk or stir to combine

  3. Blend briefly in blender or bullet to mix well and add froth

  4. Pour into 2 cups and serve
